Features may change, be added, or be discontinued as the Platform develops.
User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for all activity carried out through your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it when necessary. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- upload, transmit, or distribute malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
- abuse, overload, disrupt, or circumvent limits or controls of any API or connected service;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Platform, another account, or any related system;
- scrape, crawl, copy, or extract Platform content or data except through expressly authorized means; or
- interfere with or impair the availability, integrity, or security of the Platform.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with or enable access to third-party services, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, OpenAI, Stripe, Cloudflare, Shopify, Amazon, and other providers. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms, policies, and applicable privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts or omissions. You authorize us to exchange information with connected services as needed to provide the features you request.
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its software, branding, design, logos, documentation, content, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to the Platform owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Platform under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the licenses reasonably required for us to operate and improve the Platform.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Availability
The Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free, or that it will remain available or unchanged. Scheduled maintenance, outages, third-party dependencies, and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform owners and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Platform during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or used the Platform unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will post the revised Terms and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
